Broccoli makes an excellent microgreen for consumption.  It has a deliciously mild, fresh brocolli or cabbage flavor and makes a great garnish and addition to any microgreens salad. 
 
As proof that good things can come in small packages, broccoli microgreens packs as much as four times the number of cancer-fighting antioxidants as its adult counterpart.
